A Sound Journey at the Center of Joy is about a 3 hour activity. You will arrive on a light stomach. We will orient you with the process, provide tea and a grounding activity. You will take a place on your comfortable mat in the sound journey room. You will be guided to set intentions and then your journey with your sound practitioner will begin and last for a period of 1.5 hours. After the event you will be provided with a light snack and some time to integrate the experience.
