This experience begins with a private helicopter flight from Manhattan to Glenmere Mansion, with a scenic air tour of NYC and the Hudson Valley on the way. Helicopters land in front of the mansion during daylight hours.

A 3-course lunch is prepared from fresh, locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients and accompanied by champagne toast.
