This experience begins with a traditional market tour for about one hour. At market you will see some Taiwan's unique vegetables and fruits, and also get to taste traditional herbal teas, fish ball, and tofu cake. Then you will learn to cook three Taiwanese dishes and colourful boba. After the cooking session, it's dig-in time. The instructor also sits down and interacts with the students over the meal. A fruit platter will be served after the meal.
