Kuranda Village is a picturesque mountain retreat northwest of Cairns, surrounded by a World Heritage-listed wet tropics rainforest. Witness stunning views as you head to the village aboard the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway. Upon arrival at Kuranda Village, explore the area at your own pace. On your journey back to Cairns, hop on the famous Kuranda Scenic Railway built 327 metres above sea level, passing by waterfalls, lush greenery, and the Barron Gorge​.​​​​​​​

Itinerary

  • 8:00-8:30 AM

    Pickup from hotels within Cairns city centre. Start of tour.

  • 10:00 AM

    Travel to Kuranda Village via Skyrail Rainforest Cableway.

  • 11:15 AM

    Arrive at Kuranda Village. Explore at your own pace.

  • 3:15 PM

    Meet at the Kuranda Railway Station. Board the 3:30 PM train.

  • 5:15 PM

    Arrive at Cairns Railway Station.

  • 5:30 PM

    Transfer by coach to your accommodation. End of tour with hotel drop-off.
