You can enjoy Kuroge Wagyu Shabu-Shabu and Sukiyaki on the 5th floor of “KITTE Osaka.” The space is modern and sophisticated, designed by Kashiwa Sato, known for the “UNIQLO” logo design. Enjoy sukiyaki and shabu-shabu in the “one-person, one-pot” style. One pot per person” allows you to enjoy shabu-shabu and sukiyaki at your own pace and timing.
- We offer high-quality meats, including premium beef such as Matsusaka and Kobe beef, as well as A5 to A4 grade Kuroge Wagyu.
- We also have popular Kurobuta pork sourced with care.
- For vegetables, we use fresh vegetables mainly from contract farmers in Akita.
- The ramen noodles served in the broth made from the meat and vegetables are exquisite.
