Once booking is made the travellers receives an email as confirmation and is requested to send through additional information if necessary. On day of pickup an email or text message is sent to traveller confirming pickup time and place. Driver arrives 1 hour before departure.

Travellers are dropped off at respective destination on time. Driver bids farewell.

Travellers are reminded that tipping the driver is a form of gratitude and not a must though we do recommend between $10 to $20 as a tip for the transfer in total
