Host, Jamshi, was friendly and hospitable. He was knowledgeable about UAE and gave a good tour on the way to the sand dune. Desert camp was very beautiful with good food and quality entertainment. Unpredictable minor incident along the way, but staff were all very apologetic and provided excellent service recovery. Will book with them again.
