• Hotels (resorts) in outlying areas available for pickup: Nexus, Borneo Beach Villas, Sabah Beach Villas, Shangri-La Rasa Ria, Panborneo (Grand Borneo), Klagan Regency, Tune KK, Beringgis, Narada, Hotel No. 5, etc.
• Hotels (resorts) that cannot be picked up: Gaya Resort, Gayana Eco Resort, hotels and resorts outside the city limits, including accommodations located on the island (If you are staying at a resort on Gaya Island, you can be picked up if you arrive at Jeseolton Point in advance)
• Departure times vary depending on the hotel you are staying at. If the departure time changes slightly due to local circumstances, we will contact you individually.
• There is no pick-up fee for hotels in the city. For pick-ups at hotels outside the city, a minimum of 2 people is required and an additional fee of 13,000 won per person may be charged. We will individually provide instructions on how to deposit money after making a reservation.

【Things to note when making a reservation】

• If the minimum number of participants for departure is less than 4, the tour may be cancelled. In this case, you will be individually notified and a full refund will be given.
• On the day you are leaving for the airport, you cannot apply for this tour. (Boarding is allowed 24 hours after diving.)
• All tour sites are shared facilities, so even if you apply for a private tour, there may be other teams or people on site. (You are not renting the entire facility.)
• The tour may be difficult for the elderly and children. (Children under 8 years old and those over 65 years old cannot participate in the tour | Elderly between 60 and 65 years old should be careful)
• If your passport is damaged or has less than 6 months validity, you will not be allowed to board the plane or enter Malaysia.
• When making a reservation, please be sure to provide the exact English name as it appears on your passport. Upon entering the island, due to changes in the pier regulations after COVID-19, you may be able to enter after confirming your personal information in advance. Your passport number and English name may be required.
• The above travel itinerary and details may change without prior notice depending on local conditions on the day (traffic, weather changes, etc.), and some courses may be omitted or changed in unavoidable cases.
• Due to weather, the tour may be cancelled on the morning of the day. (Cancellation will result in a postponement or 100% refund)
• Insurance regulations are handled according to local insurance regulations and terms and conditions. Insurance coverage applies to accidents caused by tour vehicles, boats, etc., and accidents caused by personal negligence are not covered. For other coverages, you should check with your individual travel insurance.

【Things to note when traveling】

• Although it is a hot and humid tropical climate, there may be a difference in temperature between indoors and outdoors due to air conditioning in hotels/resorts, so it is recommended to prepare long-sleeved clothes.
• The waves are rough and water may splash while the boat is moving. If you get seasick, please bring motion sickness medication.
• We are not responsible for any accidents/theft/illnesses that occur due to the guest's personal health or personal negligence during free time. Please be sure to pay attention to safety.
• We are not responsible for any problems that may arise from individual shopping, optional sightseeing, or personal behavior during times when the guide is not with you.
• Changes from the tour product's fixed schedule to an individual schedule are not possible, so even if you leave the schedule for personal reasons, there will be no refund. (In the case of a private tour, you can coordinate with the guide on site.)
• Please always wear your seat belt when the vehicle is in motion, and refrain from making any careless actions, such as getting out of your seat, while the vehicle is in motion.
• Please refrain from stepping on or touching coral, or damaging or taking coral out.

【Things to keep in mind when participating in sports activities】

• Seniors over 65 years of age are not permitted to participate in this island tour.
• Please finish eating and drinking 1 hour before swimming. Also, make sure to do some light warm-up exercises before swimming, and when entering cold water, slowly spray water from the area farthest from your heart.
• Take sufficient breaks every 40 minutes to 1 hour.
• We recommend wearing aqua shoes to avoid injury to corals and other underwater objects.
• When snorkeling or playing in the water, please wear a life jacket to prevent safety accidents. When snorkeling, please only enjoy snorkeling in areas that are permitted.
• When accompanying children, a guardian must accompany and watch over the children for their safety. The guardian is responsible for the safety of the children.
• People with certain diseases such as eye disease, ear disease, epileptic anemia, or those in poor condition due to cold, diarrhea, or accumulated fatigue should refrain from strenuous activity.

【Information on signing up for free insurance (up to 100 million won) for tour applicants】

1. After applying for a tour, please tell us your name, resident registration number, tour date, and travel location via message.

2. Insurance is provided for 2 days based on the tour date, and up to 5 days if you take 2 or more tours.

3. You can sign up at least 2 days in advance based on business days, and if you cancel the tour, you will be responsible for paying the insurance premium.

4. You can sign up until the day before your departure date, but you cannot sign up on public holidays.

5. Insurance is optional and you can ignore this if you do not wish to purchase it.
