Passengers are allowed to bring 3 pieces of luggage/person.
Passengers are greeted by staff at the air-bridge, holding signage with the passenger's name.
If a passenger requires a Visa on Arrival due to their nationality, airport staff will assist with the application and documentation (passengers cover visa fees, and the Visa.on Arrival Assistance Fee is invoiced to the client).
Passengers are guided to the Fast Track Immigration Counter and reconnect with staff after completing immigration (staff cannot accompany them through immigration).
At the baggage collection belt, staff provide assistance with luggage.
Following Customs clearance, passengers are escorted to their chosen mode of transportation.
Free of charge for children under 10 years old.
