Easy redemption! Upon confirmation, I received a confirmation email with Batam Fast Ferry tickets indicating my arrival and departure date and time. I just presented my passport at Tanah Merah Terminal and the counter staff redeemed my tickets for departure and arrival. Afterwards, I checked in my baggage at the baggage check-in counter.
