Customer service was very helpful in changing my ticket to allow me to visit on a different day, and I managed to enter on the day of my visit without any problems even after the date change. Plenty of volunteer workers around as well to describe the zoo animals and help us learn more. Would definitely recommend for at least half a day visit.
