As we mentioned, there's no permanent location or chef; instead, volunteer hosts lend their homes, and specialist cooks cater to the theme.

Cloud Nine

Helmed by former Burnt Ends alumni David Low, Cloud Nine is a chic and cosy little space that is wildly different from its nondescript industrial surroundings. Besides being a total hidden gem (and a little hard to find, but that adds to the charm), David is a pro at whipping up a myriad of global flavours that he skilfully adapts to each diner’s taste buds. As you tuck into some seriously delicious fare here, check out the hand-carved cloud lights, a nod to David’s wabi-sabi sensibilities.

Kolabo

Kolabo is a unique private dining spot that features a rotating lineup of experienced chefs, including well-known names like Lester Bongsy, Angus Chow, and Jeremy Tan (Sushi Tan).
