Please go to the E-land Ticket Office to fill out the boarding report and redeem a physical ticket after checking your ID card. Please note that a mobile ticket is not allowed for checking your identification.
Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show is operated only from April to October. It can be cancelled due to bad weather or Seoul City conditions without prior notice.
Please note that during the COVID period, maximum boarding pax may be changed according to safety protocols and check whether vaccination is done or not on-site.
Electric wheelchairs and electric strollers are not allowed (folding ones can be folded and boarded).
On weekends and during the April Spring Flower Festival, the surrounding roads and parking lots are very congested and parking takes a lot of time, so please use public transportation. If you are unable to board on the day due to parking and traffic difficulties, you cannot cancel or change your reservation.

Directional Tips
After entering Yeouido Hangang Park Parking Lot 1, go straight and park in the dedicated cruise area (free parking)
Location of Ticket Office: Get off of Exit 3 of Yeouinaru Station (Subway line 5) and go down to the Han River Park → Ticket office is located on the stairs before the dock.
