With the premium course, you will be - introduced the process of making chocolate from pod to bar; - introduced about the cacao tree and cacao production in Vietnam - instructed to temper chocolate (dark/milk) - instructed to make a 30gr chocolate bar and how to wrap the bar with paper. - instructed to make chocolate bonbons and truffles - provided tips related to the making of chocolate. - offered a free drink in the menu
