Once you have collected your luggage and completed the customs check, your driver will be outside waiting. Our driver will wait for you in the arrival hall displaying your name. Your luggage will be then loaded onto your vehicle where you will be driven none stop directly to your hotel.

Furthermore, should the flight be delayed, the driver will wait for you anyway, without additional charges. (this is the reason for which you need to provide the arrival flight number when you are booking your transfer).
