Tickets are valid from 09:00 until end of service. Limited service on 24 & 31 Dec and 1 Jan: 10:00-17:00
Tickets are not valid in the West Zone
Boarding is on a first come, first served basis

Children under 5 years join for free with a paying adult.
Usage
Exchange your smartphone ticket at the ticket office at either Westminster Pier (open 10:00-17:00) or Tower Pier (open 09:15-19:00)
After you have redeemed the ticket, board any boat and hop-on and hop-off between all 17 piers until the last boat (after 23:00)
At the moment, only the RB1 service between Woolwich (Royal Arsenal) and Battersea Power Station Pier is operating

Free Wifi would have been good. Not all of the boats had usb connections. Customer service a little inconsistent especially a little too much on their mobile phone.
