• A Return Promise may be activated for free return within 9 months if rides are disrupted continuously for over an hour due to inclement weather (rain, snow, wind), extreme weather (heatwaves, high winds), power cuts, or loss of water. This does not cover general ride availability, and the decision is final, based on internal factors.
• Rides and attractions may close due to inclement weather or other operational reasons, with real-time updates provided on the Chessington World of Adventures Mobile App.
• Guests can exit and re-enter the park on the same day with a hand stamp obtained upon exit.

• Children under 90 cm in height receive free admission.
• Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or older at all times.

• The park is wheelchair accessible, with an Accessibility Guide available online to help plan your visit.
• Ride Access Pass reservations for guests with physical disabilities or learning/emotional impairments must be pre-booked online at least 7 days in advance.
• Assistance dogs are welcome in queue lines but cannot accompany guests on rides past the loading point. Avoid certain zoo areas where animals may react to dogs, and monitor for behavioral changes.
• Other pets are not permitted in the park.
