Highly recommend this coach from/to Woodbury outlet. The bus rides were comfortable and it was easy to reschedule our return trip via the operator's website when we needed more time to shop (subject to seat availability of course).
Effiicient in getting the passengers settled. Scanning the QR code to take attendance is excellent.

Well organized!
Would have provided 0 Stars if possible. The return bus was overbooked by service provider which led to lengthy delays and we were given unhelpful options of taking a public bus back or waiting for an Hour when it was already 630pm to get back to NYC. There was no option given to honor pre-booked timing of 6.30pm. Would strongly recommend other service providers.
