Great driver
The driver was ok. I dismissed him at 5:30pm (supposed to be 7pm) A few things were a bit annoying, 1. I booked a 7-seater, it same with a 5 seater car. 2. I was not aware the place I went was out of the standard range, the assigned driver and customer did not tell me either even though I had shared the preferred itinerary with them beforehand. When another driver came, he told additional 250K INR for that waterfall. I don’t actually mind to pay (I actually paid). But it would be better if this was told when I first contacted customer service, so that I might have a chance to compare wither another sources. It is not like Singapore standard.
This is my complain. please contacts the car agent .(Bali made tour) Yesterday, I used my booking. it was car charter service 10 hours. I planned my route as 10 hours long since my booking includes 10 hours car rental. At first, it was okay. The driver waited for us (me and my son) on time (9:30 ) but In the middle of my journey, it was almost 5:30 right after I finished my visit to Hotel Kempiski, he told me my rental period was already over . The driver said it was half-day tour service so It is supposed to be 6 hours. So I told him back, as I know it is 10 hours rental service, there must be miscommunication you and your agent 'Bali made tour' so please check my booking again. After a while, he said even the agency said 'it is half- day tour which is only 6 hours'. So I made a call with Bali made agent, also I captured my booking information where it said '10 hours rental'. Bali made tour told me it is a mistake. and Half day tour should be 6 hours..... But If I thought it is only 6 hour rental, I would not ever choose this rental service. The driver treated me as a cheater. that was awful.He even laughed me when he heard my phone call with ' Bali made tour' when they assured me 'half-day tour is only 6hour rental'.I was a bit mad. Although it is my fault or I tried cheating, they treated me like a liar or cheater who doesn't want to pay more for extra 4 hours.. I told both driver and the agent, please discuss this problem with Pelago, since I just used my booking according to my booking which is 10 hours.and gave the driver tip 100k ( I didn't want to but Bali made tour, the booking doesn't include the tip for the driver...)Although I requested them to contact the Pelago and solve this problem , the driver at 11pm late night texted me again "I used his service 10 hours, that is over 4 hours..." I' m really mad and terrified about their complaints.. Please try to contact Bali made tour and solve this problem.... And if it is a system error(Bali made tour said the wording '10hours' is Pelago's system error', please revised it and you guys better add more information about the tip as well I'm so exhausted ...my precious weekend in Bali with my son was ruined because of this rental.if it wasn't raining or there is no my son, of course, I would get off the car in the middle of the load because of the driver's attitude. But I gave him a tip, and tried to solve this since I understood it is also not the driver's fault and there was my son, our safety was the most important thing. Please check this . Thank you
