   Bringing food or other items from outside into the zoo is not permitted,
   except for those provided by zoo staff. Only feed or interact with animals
   using items provided by the zoo.

   
   

3. Child Safety
   
   Unaccompanied children are not permitted to exit vehicles and must be
   supervised by an adult at all times.
   
   - Children must stay in the jeep unless held by a parent for photos.
   
   - Do not climb onto the roof of the vehicle.
   
   - Baby carriers are not allowed. Staff are not responsible for supervising
   children.

   
   

4. Dress Code
   
   Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. High heels are not permitted, as
   they are unsuitable for climbing or moving on the vehicle.

   - Avoid wearing graduation gowns, wedding dresses, or high heels.

   
   

5. Photography Equipment
   
   Only cameras and mobile phones are allowed for taking photos.
   
   - Selfie sticks, tripods, drones, and other items that may pose a risk to

6. Following Staff Instructions
   
   All visitors must strictly follow the instructions given by zoo staff. Failure
   to do so may result in the zoo discontinuing the activity to protect animals
   and visitors.

   
   

7. Non-Commercial Use
   
   This activity is for personal enjoyment only and may not be used for
   commercial purposes.

   
   

8. Non-Refundable
   
   All payments for this activity are final and cannot be refunded under any
   circumstances. If any bookings fail to meet the specified conditions, the zoo
   reserves the right to refuse participation without exception and without a
   refund.

   
   

9. Important Notes for Your Visit:
   
   Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time. The
   activity duration is approximately 20-30 minutes. If you are late, we cannot
   extend your booking period. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in
   the cancellation of your activity without a refund.
