A 90% refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 day before date of selection. A cancellation fee of 10% will apply.
Redemption Notes
Please scan the QR code of the e-ticket and non-Japanese passport at the green ticket vending mahcines to pick up the physical tickets. (operation menus of machines can be displayed in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Korean)

In the event you are unable to obtain the physical ticket through the green ticket vending machines, you may proceed to JR West Ticket Office to exchange the physical ticket.
For reserve seat tickets: please proceed to the green ticket vending machines to pick up physical reserve seat ticket before getting on the train.
