Admission Ticket FreeSaranda Port Saranda is a great place to go if you wanted a relaxed but interesting holiday. Take a trip to Lekursi Castle, which sits on a hill overlooking the town. The Monastery of Forty Saints was erected during the 6th century AD and is a great place to visit to experience some Albanian history. We also recommend a trip to Butrint National Park, which spans over 9,424 hectares and is home to over 1200 different species of animal and plants, as well as the lake and lagoon of Butrinti. There are also beautiful beaches to visit such as the Pulebardha and Saranda beaches. Rent a car whilst you're there, and explore all the sights when you want to without having to rush to someone else's schedule.
