EXTREMELY BAD Confusing and inconsistent info on where and how to collect the card. Info provided to collect before CUSTOMS - no such place. Called contact number several times - no one pick up. Ended up could not find place to collect and requested refund but was REJECTED. Pelago should have refunded the full miles as the cards were NOT collected at all and there was no loss to Pelago vs the the loss of miles which has monetary value for the traveler.
I didnt managed to collect my purchase, the staff at the counter is unable to find my order with the qr code provided by pelago. I’ve to make a new purchase at the counter, quite unpleasant first experience with pelago.
