Pick up was prompt and a huge van was assigned; suitable for the party of 6. Great service.
The personal at Pelago were very helphul.
Driver was very polite and was waiting for us just after we exited the baggage area. Van was adequately spacious for a party of 5 with large luggages. Only comment / feedback was that the van was slightly old. The window handle on the left was broken and could not open the window to circulate air in the van. Thankfully the window on the right could be opened.
The driver was on time and mini van was clean and comfortable.
