— Important Info —
- Pick Up & Return Point: Your hotel accommodations within Panglao or Tagbilaran City
- Pick Up Time: 5:00am to 7:30am (Subject to hotel location & number of tourist on the day)
*Final pick up time will be sent a day before their tour. - Drop off Time: 8:00am to 8:30am (Subject to hotel location & number of tourist on the day)
- Snorkeling location will be either Lila or Alburquerque, the operator will check the level of crowd for both location, and bring you to the less crowded one for better experience.
- 2 yrs old and below are not allow to join; while 3 yrs old and above should book with adult rate (No children rate)

A surcharge of PHP1000 per group will be collected during the holiday season to be paid on site (December 23 - 30)
Child below 2 years old is not allowed, and child above 2 years old can join with the parents/gardians consent, but also need to depend on the weather as if the waves are big on the day of their tour, children are not allowed, so not recommended
Final pick up time will be sent a day before their tour.

A surcharge of PHP200 per GoPro Camera will be collected for guest who brings or rent a GoPro. (Surcharge shall be collect by tour guide on site via cash)
IMPORTANT: Visibility of whale sharks is dependent on ocean conditions. In the event that no whale sharks are seen or due to any unforeseen ocean conditions and the activity will not push through, operator will offer a partial refund
In case there are no whalesharks on your tour date, operator may opt to suggest other tour options subject to guest approval.
