Extra Old. The visit develops according to the following program: • You will be welcomed by Mario and Giorgio Gambigliani Zoccoli who will introduce you to the history of the family, of the farm, of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. and its production techniques • Continue with a visit to the Acetaia located in the attic of the Villa • Tasting in purity of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. minimum 12 years of aging and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. Extra Old • at the end there will be the possibility to purchase the ABTM D.O.P. and ABTM D.O.P. Extra Vecchio (we offer the possibility to ship the product just purchased directly to their home).
