Itinerary
Praça Nelson Mandela
We will learn the basics of Capoeira, including the movements, the music and the history. You will have a teacher taking care of all your needs in a unique cultural experience. We will take care of your body, doing a full warm-up before teaching basic Capoeira movements and how to play the musical instruments.
