Your host is a certified Sommelier, with speciality on French wines, world whisky and sake. He is well known in Paris and you can't get a better Parisian host to take you through the enjoyment of French wines. He is a encyclopedia of French wines, world wines to compare, French/world history so you get a deep blend of comprehension of the origins of wine, its evolution, even facts about prohibition and wine during war eras. If it's not covered, just ask! It's not just about wine but French culture and gastronomy. Well its a part of French life. His flow is unscripted, conversational, full of fun anecdotes and laughter while you sip away! Our boutique is designed in a French art deco old era design, with French antique furniture, relics, it feels like a space from old Paris. Paris Wine Co is simply charming. We love it! Some examples regions covered are; Alsace, Beaujolais, Bordeaux, Champagne, Chablis, Cotes du Rhône, Languedoc Roussillon, Loire Valley, Burgundy, Jura, Corsica, Provence. 7 wines and 7 cheeses, baguette. !!
