*! Please note that the booking is received and processed by GetAirport - the most professional and trusted airport transfer company operating in Mongolia since 2013. Depending on the traveler's group size, we can assign a company called UBUS who will be your actual ground carrier and who may adjust your pick up time according to their schedule as rides are shared and there are other passengers who need to be picked up as well. For pick-ups FROM city, you may be notified of the pick-up adjustment time around 19:00 o'clock of the previous day.
** ! The service runs only between 04:00 AM and 22:00 PM.
*** ! Buses do not run on a fixed schedule. Expect waiting.

Please provide us with any additional details (i.e. arrival flight number, hotel name and etc.) either through Viator or Whatsapp messages that may help us to serve you better.
You can easily spot a driver who will be waiting holding either your name or 'UBUS - Ulaanbaatar Airport Shuttle' sign. Show the driver your e-voucher.
Please note that since this is a shared service, for pickups from the city to the airport, a vehicle may take additional stops on the way to the airport and for pickups from the airport to the city, a vehicle may wait for the next reserved passenger additional 1 hour and 30 minutes after you exit the baggage claim (along with additional stops on the way to your hotel).
One passenger is allowed to have only one mid size luggage and one hand carry-on (a passenger may be asked to keep hand carry-on with him during the travel).
For the pickups FROM the CITY to the airport, depending on the traveler's group size, the actual ground carrier can be a company called UBUS who may adjust your pick up time according to their schedule as rides are shared and there are other passengers who need to be picked up as well. You'll be notified of the pick-up adjustment time around 19:00 o'clock of the previous day.
