Terminal 1 - IASS Executive Lounge - Before passport control and security check, enter the main building (the centre building between the north and south check-in buildings) from level 4 (departure floor) and take center escalator up to level 5, the lounge is on the right band side.
Terminal 2 - Aspire Lounge - After passport control and security check, on the left of the window.
The ticket has a short validity period, and non-refundable. If it's a long time before your travel date, we usually make a reservation 2-3 days in advance, just in case of your flight change or cancellation.

Trippest Travel
Very poor instructions in regards to where the lounge is located. Was in terminal 2 when I was told that I needed to go back to terminal 1 to get outside so can get access from the outside to get in. There was another IASS lounge inside and they wouldn’t let me in. I was tired from traveling Ang just needed a place to rest. I paid for it and got nothing. I at least deserve a refund.
