－ Important Info －

(1) Admitted children must be between 70-155cm in height and aged 12 years old
or below; children over 156cm in height or over 12 years old will not be
admitted.

Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times who will
take full responsibility for the care and guidance of the child in the use of
all park facilities. All facilities are designed for children of the above
height and age limitations. Adults should consider the potential risks
associated with the use of the facilities (especially pregnant women, senior
citizens aged 65 or above, people with heart disease or high blood pressure).

(2) All facilities carry risks and each facility has a recommended
age/height/weight limit for use. Parents and guardians should make their own
assessment. The Park and its staff shall not be liable for any claims or
responsibilities for any accidents or injuries sustained by any person
misusing the facilities.

(3) Guests with special medical needs are advised to consult healthcare
professionals and ensure proper use of the facilities. Guests are advised to
notify the venue staff and call for an ambulance if they feel unwell. When
choosing activities, guests should consider their age, height, weight, ability
or other factors.

(4) Infants 69cm or below in height will be admitted free of charge when
accompanying a group of regular-priced guests on weekdays, and $50/person on
holidays; Infants 6 months or below will be admitted free of charge when
accompanying a group of regular-priced guests at any time; Maximum of 1 infant
per group of regular-priced guests will be admitted free of charge.

(5) For safety and hygiene reasons, all guests are required to wear grip socks
for entry into the park. Please purchase socks at the cashier if necessary;
stockings, low cut socks, fishnet and other that do not fully enclose the feet
and isolate sweat are not suitable.

(6) For both on-site and online ticket purchasers, please arrive 15 minutes
before the start of the session to allow staff to make arrangements. No
refunds will be given for late arrivals, absences or early departures. No
refund, transfer or change of venue will be accepted once tickets are sold for
personal reasons.

(7) Purchased tickets can be rescheduled once free of charge within 2 months
if the purchaser is not feeling well by presenting a valid registered doctor's
certificate. The rescheduling is subject to the date of the purchased ticket
and on days when there are no private venues/special events. No refunds are
allowed.

(8) Lockers are available for hire at the venue at $10 per session and $100
deposit on a first-come-first-served basis. Deposit of $100 will be forfeited
if the key is not returned immediately upon leaving the venue.

(9) Parents are required to supervise their children and take care of their
own belongings at all times. Large objects and prams should be folded and
placed outside the park. The park is not responsible for the safety of your
property. A 24-hour CCTV monitoring system has been installed in the park for
safety reasons.

(10) Fresh water is allowed in the waiting and lounge areas, any flavoured
drinks must be consumed outside the park; no food is allowed inside the park.

(11) Any sharp or dangerous objects into the venue are forbidden.

(12) Guests will be issued with a ticket (bracelet or sticker) which must be
carried throughout the event for identification purposes; the bracelet cannot
be shared or used with others. The same guest can be re-admitted free of
charge after exiting the venue within the same period of time with a valid
pass. Damaged or lost admission certificates will be invalid and will not be
replaced and will not be eligible for re-admission.

(13) All patrons are required to take body temperature and sterilise hands.
Failure to do so will result in non-refundable tickets being refused entry;
people with fever will be refused entry.

(14) In case of unforeseen circumstances, the park will be temporarily closed.
Affected guests can leave their contact information and enjoy the park again
for free within 2 months without refund. Individual facilities will be closed
without prior notice and does not constitute a reason for refund or free re-
scheduling.

(15) The Park reserves the right to pursue compensation for any damage or loss
of vandalism, graffiti, or damage to the facilities.

(16) In the event of vomiting, urination or defecation, the Park will charge a
cleaning fee of $300 - $1000. In the event of damage to any items or
equipment, we will assess the situation and reimburse the guest for the cost
of repair or replacement. In order to avoid spreading diseases, we will ask
the person who has vomited to leave the park immediately. Guests are requested
to leave their contact information and any unused playtime will be available
for use within 3 months.

(17) Each guest must use the facilities and follow the instructions correctly.
If the guest fails to comply with the instructions, the staff has the right to
ask the guest to leave the park without refund if the rules are violated
repeatedly.

(18) By purchasing tickets and/or entering the Park, any person agrees to
abide by the Ticketing Rules and Regulations. In case of any dispute, the Park
reserves the right of final decision and interpretation; the Park reserves the
right to amend the terms and conditions, or ticket prices at any time without
prior notice.
