- The tethered balloons fly 20 to 30 meters high, depending on weather conditions
- The service duration is 2 hours from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with each round lasting 5 minutes in good weather conditions
- If the gas time for other customers has completed its cycle, guests can enjoy an additional round at no extra cost (2–3 extra rounds)
- The basket can carry 2 to 4 people (depending on weather conditions and aviation safety)
- One balloon can accommodate approximately 30–35 customers, depending on the weight of the passengers
