◆What to bring

• Tents, parasols, large blue plastic sheets (for picnics), tables and chairs, folding beds, coolers, pets and other animals, bicycles or skateboards and other means of transportation, bottles and cans, generators, projectors, fireworks and other gunpowder Categories, other items prohibited by law, items that require wide space or that will block the field of view are not allowed to be brought into the venue.
• No outside food is allowed inside.
• Please make use of the stall area set up at the venue. Among them, skewers are not allowed to be brought to the free seating area to avoid personal injury.
• You can bring or use an umbrella. However, in order to avoid dangerous situations such as blocking the view of other spectators when the fireworks are released, or causing the umbrellas to be blown away by strong winds before the fireworks are released, the use of umbrellas may be prohibited. If you hear an announcement that the use of umbrellas is prohibited, or if a staff member comes to inform you, please follow the instructions as soon as possible.
• Strollers are not allowed inside the paid viewing area. Please leave your stroller at the entrance of the paid viewing area. At the entrance to the paid area, there will be staff checking your luggage.
• If there are items that cannot be brought into the venue, please follow the staff's instructions and leave the items at the entrance to the paid area.
  
  

◆Ticket related

• You need to hold a ticket for the Toyama Music and Fireworks Festival to enter the paid viewing area. Those who do not hold tickets will not be able to enter the paid viewing area.
• Adult tickets are required for those over 18 years old, and children's tickets are available for high school students and under 18 years old.
  
• Preschoolers under 5 years old are admitted free. If you want to occupy a designated seat, you must purchase a ticket.
  
• Children under 5 years old do not need to pay for seats if they are held on the lap of a companion.
  
• Only guests who have purchased a parking ticket can park in the designated parking lot. Each ordinary passenger car requires 1 parking ticket. There is no free parking lot around the venue, please pay special attention
  
• Paper tickets redeemed on site cannot be reissued, so please keep them carefully.
  
  

◆Refund in case of event cancellation

• This event will still be held on rainy days. If the weather is bad, the event may be suspended. However, refunds will be made when the event is cancelled.
• Once the fireworks have started, no refunds will be given even if the event is canceled due to bad weather or other factors.
• Refunds will not be given to guests who are unable to arrive at the venue on the day of the event due to flight cancellations or other reasons.
  
  

◆Admission related

• It is recommended to take the shuttle bus for this activity. Please make use of shuttle buses, taxis and other means of transportation.
• Guests without a parking ticket are not allowed to drive to the venue.
• There will be heavy congestion around the venue, so please arrive at the venue around 16:30.
• Please do not park illegally. This behavior will cause trouble to residents around the venue. The police will step up enforcement operations on the day.
  
  

◆About viewing in the venue

• There will be chaos and crowds in and around the venue, so please watch within the designated area. Please do not view fireworks from the aisles. Please follow the instructions and guidance of staff, police, and security personnel.
• Guests who disobey the instructions of the venue staff or interfere with the behavior of others will be asked to leave the venue. Please note that tickets will not be refunded for those who are forced to leave the venue.
• The venue is crowded, so please hold your child's hand tightly and don't take your eyes away from your child. While the fireworks are being set off, it is not possible to broadcast missing persons.
  
  

◆Smoking, drinking and first aid

• There is a smoking area on site. Smoking is strictly prohibited outside the smoking area.
• Please be careful not to drink excessively. Intoxicated persons may be forced to leave the venue.
• Please understand that drunk people may be forced to leave the venue.
• Drunk driving is strictly prohibited.
• There is an ambulance tent at the venue and medical staff are on standby. Please use it properly if you are feeling unwell or injured.
  
  

◆Drones are prohibited

• It is prohibited to carry or operate drone (Drone) equipment in or around the venue without the permission of the organizer.
• Their behavior may be affected by fireworks and cause danger, and the fireworks activities may even be terminated due to security considerations.
• Anyone caught violating the regulations will be reported to the police.
  
  

◆Photography related to fireworks

• Fireworks shooting is open on site. Please take photos without obstructing the view of the crowd behind you.
• Camera tripods are only available in the Photographers Zone. Please do not use tripods outside the photographer’s area.
• Customers who wish to purchase a photographer's area must contact the Secretariat in advance.
  
  

◆Other notes

• The organizer or event related parties have the media exposure rights for photos, videos and other reports, broadcasts (terrestrial BS broadcasts, etc.), magazines, sponsor webpages, etc. taken on the day. Please be aware that the organizer or event related parties have the right to media exposure.
• Please note that "pyrotechnic residue or dust" may fall into the seating area during the fireworks display. If any residue falls into your eyes, do not rub your eyes. Please wash your eyes with clean water or go to the rescue tent.
• Debris from burning fireworks may scorch clothing. This activity does not provide compensation for clothing, please understand.
• If you find unexploded fireworks after the fireworks are released, you are strictly prohibited from touching them and please notify nearby staff.
• There are trash cans in the venue, so please make use of them.
• The organizer, the venue, and the performers are not responsible for accidents, theft, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue.
• If illegal admission is discovered, regardless of the reason, it will be handed over to the police and compensation for damages will be requested.
• Official merchandise sold at the venue will not be exchanged or returned except for defective products.
• The contents of the precautions are subject to change without prior notice. We apologize for your understanding.
• Although there are mobile toilets in the venue, due to the large number of people, it is recommended that you use the toilet before coming to the venue. In addition, the restrooms will be particularly crowded before the fireworks are set off, so please allow sufficient time. When going to the restroom in the venue, tickets may be checked, so please take your tickets with you before leaving.
