  • Please note this is a shared tour
  • Actual pick-up time is dependent on hotel location and will be provided after booking confirmation
  • Please inquire at customer service before booking to ensure the availability of diving instructors on the day of the tour
  • Surcharge applies to transfers in the following zones, to be paid directly to the driver on-site
    • Tuaran: RM15 per person for 1–3 travelers; RM10 per person for 4 travelers or more
    • Kinarut: RM30 per person for 1–6 travelers; RM15 per person for 7 travelers or more
Reminders
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
Travelers are advised to bring some cash for optional water activities
Please note there are no lockers on the island, so please avoid bringing any unnecessary valuables with you
Travelers must sign a liability release form prior to the snorkeling or diving experience
A diving license and a diving log are required for travelers who wish to participate in licensed diving
Please note this is a privately owned beach. The itinerary is subject to traffic and weather conditions
Please refrain from touching marine life and the corals when snorkeling or diving
The itinerary of the tour might be delayed due to an increase in travelers during the Chinese New Year
Please do not consume alcoholic drinks, engage in strenuous exercise, or board a plane within 24 hrs after participating in the scuba diving experience
Refunds will not be granted to missed tours due to personal reasons
Actual itinerary is dependent on weather conditions
Please note there might be a shortage of Chinese tour guides during Chinese New Year
Travelers must be ages 3 years or older to snorkel, and ages 12 years or older to dive
