• Cooking is not allowed inside the ranch, and drones, mats, and food cannot be brought in.

• A ranch is a place that many people use together. Please refrain from drinking, smoking, or making loud noises that may be a nuisance to others.

• Pets are not permitted to enter.

• Trees, wildflowers, and herbs growing on ranches are valuable assets for all of us.

• Please do not collect or damage carelessly.

• For the safety of other visitors in winter, sleds, etc. are not allowed inside.

[Cancellation/Refund Information]

• Cancellation/refund is possible within 7 days of purchase. (However, when not in use)

• Partial cancellation/refund is not possible after ticket issuance, even within 7 days of purchase. (Partial use, partial cancellation not possible)

• If you have made payment by selecting the wrong ticket type/number of people, please cancel the entire purchase and purchase again.
