Pickup Conditions by Location:

• Guests from Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah must report to Ibis Deira City Centre Hotel.
• Abu Dhabi hotel guests must report to Dubai Marina Mall Entrance.
• Jebel Ali Hotel pickup is available for 3+ guests; for 1–2 guests, report to Dubai Marina or a central Dubai hotel.
• Guests in Naif, Baraha, Gold Souk areas must report to Hyatt Place Baniyas due to traffic.
• No pickup from Dubai South, Furjan, Al Qudra for fewer than 3 persons.
• No pickup for Naif Souk, Gold Souk, Hatta, and outskirts of other Emirates unless specified.

Duration: Approximately 7 hours and 30 minutes.

To ensure the best experience, pickups and drop-offs must be from the same location. Changes to the pickup location less than 24 hours before the tour may require guests to report to a common pickup point, which will be communicated case by case. If pickup and drop-off locations differ, additional charges may apply.

• Wear light, casual clothes (shorts or jeans), and closed sports shoes suitable for walking on desert sand.
• From December to April, desert temperatures can fall to 9°C or lower – bring light woollens or windbreakers.
• No belly dancing show during Ramadan, Islamic New Year, and other religious holidays.

Seating Policy:

• The tour is conducted on a shared basis. Cooperation among participants is essential.
• Senior citizens are given priority for front seats.
• Parents with children under 12 must sit in rear seats as per UAE law.
• The driver assigns seats and holds final authority.
• Seat requests cannot be entertained. Passengers should rotate preferred seating fairly, or book a private jeep for an additional charge.

• Adult: Ages 8–80
• Child: Ages 3–7
• Infants (0–2): Must sit on laps, not eligible for ATV ride.

ATV Ride Guidelines:

• 15+ years: Full open desert ride.
• 11–14 years: Designated safe area ride.
• 3+ years: May accompany parents in the open desert.
• Infants: Not allowed on ATVs under any condition.

• Wheelchair accessible.
• Most travelers can participate.
• Not recommended for guests with serious medical conditions due to dune bashing (Alternatives available upon request to ensure safe enjoyment).

• All participants must sign an indemnity form before the tour. ABC Tourism LLC is not responsible for any loss, accident, sickness, or injury. It is recommended to have travel health insurance.
• Quad bikes are insured in UAE with limited liability.
• In case of an accident, the police must be informed, and a report should be collected.
• Participants ride at their own risk and must follow the guide’s instructions. No prior experience is required, but any accidents or damages are the responsibility of the rider and passenger.
• All participants must maintain orderly behaviour and avoid disturbing others, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
