Please make sure your mobile phone and its OS (operating system) version are compatible with eSIM. If unable to verify compatibility, your eSIM activation will fail. Refunds will not be granted in this scenario

iOS must be updated to version 12.1 or later. Please note that iPhones sold in China do not support eSIM and certain mobile phones sold in Hong Kong and Macau do not support eSIM

The QR code will not scan if the QR code is in the mobile phone. Please print the QR code voucher or open it using another device

The eSIM can be used after activation. Please note that you need to have good network or Wi-Fi connection when installing your eSIM

Please install the eSIM on the usage date

Calculation method of days: 24-hour system (user purchases a 3-day eSIM and installs it at 10:00 am, 9/1. The eSIM will be terminated at 9:59 am, 9/4)
