We are coffee lovers and we make each cup of coffee like if it is for us. We use Rancilio espresso machines and grinder, filtered water and we calibrate everything regularly. Here, you won't find sirups or cinnamon, just good quality coffee with or without milk.
Around the world, we are becoming more and more familiar with the "bean to bar" chocolat. This is when a chocolate maker buys the cacao beans to transform it into chocolate. The chocolate we offer goes a step further, the further it can actually go: tree to bar. Cacao grows in Costa Rica and the chocolate we work with comes from cacao trees that are within 30km from our boutique.
