- Children below 18 months old can enter for free. Please present their passport on-site.
- Children below 11 years old can only enter with a guardian

- Strollers are not allowed within the venue. Please check it in at storage service at the entrance
- Tickets for children between 18 and 36 months old can be purchased on-site with a 30% discount. Please present their passports on-site
- Due to security reasons, you may need to wait in line for about 15–30 minutes to enter the venue. Refunds requested due to queue times will not be accepted
- According to "Animal Welfare Act", the touching and feeding animals are restricted. Visitors will be will be 100% liable for problems occurred due to unauthorised touching of the animals.
