- Deals and packages must be purchased 24 hours in advance and reservations should be made 1–2 days beforehand
- After you book a service, please tell the desired time slots of your visit date via KKday message (please give 2–3 options of your desired time slot i.e. 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, or 5:00 pm)

- The place does not accept walk-ins. Please book an appointment at least 1–2 days in advance of your visit date
- After you book a service, please let the staff know the desired time slot of your visit date via the KKday message
- Confirmed bookings cannot be amended, canceled, or refunded
- In case of a service time change, it is possible up to 48 hours before the confirmed reservation time. Rebooking or rescheduling is not possible in case of a late or no-show without a separate message
