- Please select your pick-up/drop-off hotel at the time of booking. If your hotel does not appear on the list, please select an alternative location nearby
- The final flight and pick up time information will be provided via email and text message. Please must provide a reachable mobile phone number and email to ensure you receive all flight updates, and kindly check the messages prior to the tour
- It is recommended to wear clothing suitable for walking or hiking, enclosed waterproof shoes, a hat and sunglasses, and bring a camera
- Children must be age 7 or above and accompanied by an adult to fly. They will also need to be at least 120 cm tall to see over the top of the basket. Please also keep in mind that the burner noise can be a bit frightening to young children
- Balloon Aloft must comply with the Civil Aviation and Safety Authority (CASA) regulations, as well as its own internal Balloon Aloft operations manual
- Balloon Aloft is not permitted to fly any passenger who is unable to embark or disembark the balloon basket unassisted. The balloon basket is approximately 1.2 meters high, with two footholds for use when climbing into the basket. Balloon Aloft staff will be in attendance to supervise passengers climbing into the basket but may not assist anyone to enter the basket
- There are no wheelchair facilities available during the experience and no aids, such as seats, walkers, sticks, or crutches, are permitted in the balloon basket
- Passengers under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult passenger during the flight
- Subject to the above boarding restrictions, passengers ages 16 to 17 may fly without a responsible adult passenger if said adult signs a waiver on their behalf before the flight
- The entire experience, including the breakfast after the flight, takes approximately 3.5–4.5 hours

Ballooning is weather dependent so your digital ballooning ticket will be updated by 6 pm the night before your flight, advising if weather conditions are suitable for your flight to proceed. You will also receive an email and SMS notification at this time
Passengers carry the sole responsibility for any personal belongings brought along on the flight, including cameras, phones, clothing and attire
Passengers are not allowed to be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any medication that could impair their judgment during the flight
Follow the instructions of the Pilot and ground crew and make sure to comply with any local codes of conduct while acting sensibly and prudently at all times
We recommend taking out suitable travel insurance (if required)
All passengers are required to be physically fit and well with the ability to stand unassisted for 1 hour, and with no significant knee, hip, or back problems, broken bones, recent surgeries or pregnancy
