This is our most popular menu item. This is an excellent dish that allows you to fully enjoy the Nagoya speciality hitsu-mabushi. You can enjoy the different tastes of Hitsu-mabushi at once, with the upper tier being "Shiroyaki-mabushi" (White) and the lower tier being Hitsu-mabushi (Red).
