First of all, it’s not a hop on hop off bus. It hasn’t been for several years. And also there isn’t much to see on the outskirts of Toulouse. I thought it was a complete waste of time, not only because there wasn’t much to see, but the bus itself isn’t designed for everyone to get a good look or to do any photos.
