- All Samsung purchased from China mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan DO NOT support eSIM.
- One device can scan and save multiple eSIM QR codes (up to 8 eSIMs), but only 1 eSIM can be used at a time
- It must be installed and activated at the destination within 30 days after receiving the eSIM, otherwise the eSIM will become invalid and unusable.
- You will receive a separate email with the eSIM from the provider after your booking is confirmed. If you do not receive the email with the eSIM, kindly check spam/junk email or contact us.
- Please do not delete eSIM after activating. The eSIM QR code can only be activated once.
