Fantastic service at a great price. When I first booked my Bangkok Airport transfer to Kanchanaburi I was concerned. Because the price was so much cheaper than other operators. As it turned out I had nothing to worry about. Prior to my arrival at Suvarnabhumi domestic airport I received messages on WhatsApp advising me where to meet my driver. After collecting my baggage I proceeded directly to the arranged meeting point at entrance/ gate 3. At entrance 3 there was about 20 different operators in this area all holding signs with peoples names written on them. Some of the operators were hold signs with around 10 names written on them. Instantly I thought I’m going to struggle to find my name. However, this was not the case. I found my name very quickly. My name was written in large bright writing. After finding my name I was asked to wait. Which was only about 1 minute. Then I was escorted directly out of the terminal to my waiting car. The whole process was really quite simple. So, I would rate Pelago’s service 10/10. I would have no hesitation in booking with Pelago again.

I was lucky to get a SUV for my return trip to Bangkok. Driver was on time and it's a smooth drive back. Recommend to get this service from Pelago!

Booked this trip both to and from Kanchanaburi. On both occasions, drivers were punctual and polite. The cars were also very clean and comfortable. It was much cheaper than travel agencies based in Bangkok and Kanchanaburi too!

A little miscommunicate upon arrival, the contact person was waiting a door away from the agreed one due to huge crowd. But otherwise, the trip was smooth and I will recommend getting this service from Pelago!

the pick up Van is on time, in fact earlier than scheduled timing and depart right on time, but the driver drove a bit fast and tail gating the car in front.
