Kindly wear a casual dress.
Keep the ticket voucher or the phone voucher with you. The tickets are non-refundable, and it is valid only for the day selected during the checkout. You will need to exchange your voucher for your ticket before you enter the museum.
The museum is open from Saturday to Wednesday from 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM. It will be open from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM on Thursdays and Fridays. The museum is closed on Mondays. The last entry to the museum will be 30 minutes before its closure.
Children under the age of 12 will not be admitted to The National Aquarium unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or over and such children while on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.
Guests shall dress appropriately at all times while at The National Aquarium – this includes wearing a top and shoes. If guests are wearing clothes likely to offend in any way, they will not be permitted entry.
Pets or animals of any nature are prohibited in The National Aquarium.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside and on premises owned and/or operated by The National Aquarium.
