Not good Did not want a Pelago refund wanted my taxi fare refunded as I used a promotion for Pelago and it worked out to half of the taxi fare I paid
It was OK. There was confusion as to where to meet because the instructions were not very detailed. I had to have multiple calls via WhatsApp with the driver. When the van arrived, it was quite worn down. The fixtures inside were broken (aircon vents missing covers, a rusty screw protruding from the door frame). The aircon wasn't very strong. I booked a van for 8 passengers and 8 suitcases. We had 4 medium suitcases and 2 small ones + 5 passengers. The van that came had its seats screwed on all the way to the back row so they couldn't fold down to accommodate our suitcases. We had to put some suitcases in the back row of seats. Really not what I expected for SGD70. I had hoped for at least a well-maintained vehicle. This clearly wasn't. I understand Pelago outsources to different car rental companies so for this particular one, it was definitely a miss.
