1. If the desired date and option is not available, CS team of Travolution will contact you via email or phone.
2. This is not a private class, so it may be proceed with other people.
3. The class starts on time, we would appreciate if you could arrive 10 minutes before to start.
4. If you are late more than 15 minutes due to your negligence, it would be regarded no-show, please make sure to arrive on time.
5. If you have any color cosmetics you usually use, please bring them.
6. If you do a makeup or wear color lens, the range of color analysis can be too broad. For more accurate analysis, we recommend you to come a bare face and transparent lens (no color).
7. Reservation may be ended early. In this case, we will send you change request via email, please check it.
8. If it is difficult to change your reservation, the reservation may be canceled.
