－ Delivery Details －

• Please provide complete shipping address for delivery.
• AIRSIM will send it to you by Hong Kong Post. We will send the AIRSIM out in 3 working days. In general, the delivery takes about 2-4 working days by Hong Kong Post. Delivery to Hong Kong local address by Post is free of charge. Customers shall bare the full responsibility of losing items by using Hong Kong Post ordinary mail service. Please also note that ordinary mails are non-traceable.
• If you need delivery by S.F. Express, please make the choice when placing the order, Courier Fee shall be paid by customer upon delivery (approx. HK$30), surcharge applies to remote or residential area. It takes about 1-2 working days by S.F. Express. (Details: http://www.sf-express.com/hk/en/ ).
• Alternatively, customers can pick up the AIRSIM card at AIRSIM Service Center at Causeway Bay or AIRSIM Office at Sha Tin by quoting the kkday order number upon order confirmation and checkout.

－ Important Note －

1. Simply select Destination, Duration of Trip/Usage & Departure Date in APP;
insert AIRSIM and turn on Data Roaming function upon arrival, you can have
data service in 3 min at destination.

2. AIRSIM works on mobile phones or tablets such as iPAD only, but not
compatible with pocket WiFi device (MiFi). You can use data sharing
(Tethering) on your mobile phone or tablet if applicable.

3. Except for 24 / 48 Hours Data Package, the daily data usage time is from
Hong Kong time (GMT+8) 00:00:00 to 23:59:59. There is no pro-rata calculation
regardless of the activation time of data service. 24 / 48 Hours Data Package
is a continuous 24 / 48-hour session starting from service activation.

4. Most overseas mobile operators have Fair Usage Policy (FUP). We recommend
AIRSIM users to disable the software auto-update function, and use free WiFi
for activities that require high data usage.

5. AIRSIM supports data service only. It does not support SMS. However, you
can download and use our AIRTALK ROAM App to call Local and Home Numbers, and
even receive calls from Hong Kong. Caller display of recipient shows the
registered mobile number of the user. Receive call function is applicable to
Hong Kong mobile users only.

6. Data package that purchased from AIRSIM ROAM App and checkout by Visa /
Mastercard / PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay directly in App can be activated
instantly.

7. AIRSIM is reusable. Simply select data package in the AIRSIM app, you will
have data access again for your next trip.

8. You can use the stored value in the AIRSIM Prepaid Card to purchase data
and voice packages. The AIRSIM account has 1 year validity after first
registration in AIRSIM App. The expiry date of AIRSIM will be extended 1 year
automatically from the date of any purchase of data package.
