After a safari briefing, depart Nairobi by 0800hrs driving through the floor of the Great Rift Valley and past the base town of Narok to arrive Masai Mara. The park entrance leads to a beautiful groundwater forest. Other habitats include the grassy floodplain, rocky escarpment and acacia woodland, all of which can be covered in a half-day visit. Deeper into the park a visit to the hot springs (Maji Moto) is recommended. Procced with game drive till afternoon then drive towards Arusha for your own hotel drop off or Airport drop off
